CONDITIONS REPORT, 4/21/2026: The road to the lower lot is presently closed due to spring breakup conditions. Parks has gated the road to help preserve the road’s integrity. Trail conditions are wet and muddy. Hiking is OK, but biking is discouraged at this time to avoid long-lasting and hard to fix damage to the tread. Given the immediate forecast, we’ll be in May before the dirt starts to stabilize.
